Investigating Melting

As part of our science IDL, we have been focussing on thee states of matter: solids, liquids and gasses. In our last experiment, we made a gas and trapped it in a balloon! This time, we investigated the melting point of chocolate to introduce melting as a changing state and wrote our science reports.
