Pupil Council 2023-2024
At Langlee we are proud of our Pupil Council.
After feedback from last years Pupil Council, we made some changes for this year (2023-2024).
The Council will still be made up from 2 representatives per class, who are voted in by their class mates, but instead of being in place for the year, representatives will now change termly, to give more of our pupils an opportunity to participate.
Whilst participating in the Pupil Council, pupils will develop their skills and take part in a range of activities. Their main jobs will be to gather information from their class, share it with the rest of the Council and then work together to choose different actions to move forward to help change and improve the school for the pupils. They will then of course, have to feed back these changes and their impact with the rest of the school community.
We are so very proud of being able to share changes made for our pupils, that are led by our pupils.

P4 to P7 decided to focus on Friday Brunch! After gathering views from their class and working on priorities, they then wrote request letters asking for these changes and explaining the positive impact they would have. They were very successful too and changes were made! Well Done :)
