This week the P6’s went to Springwood Park and took part in the Inspire Learning Festival. We took part in different activities with our iPads and other digital equipment.
We didn’t get much time to finish the last activity but we enjoyed the day out and it was lovely to be on a school trip again.

This week on Thursday we had our school Sports Day. We did the egg and spoon race, sack race, sprint race and the last one was the long distance race.
It was a lovely hot day and there was ice cream on sale and also a raffle. We all had a great time taking part and enjoyed our day.

This week we have started learning all about Sex Education. We looked at different changes that happen to our bodies and compared the changes between male and female.
Everyone was given a poster with ground rules for during our Sex Education sessions and all the children were really responsible and sensible when discussing this topic.
