In P.E. I did Netball. We were learning chest and shoulder passing and we were learning the best way to catch the ball. I liked doing the passing as I found it quite easy because I had done it before. After doing the passing we played a game of netball which was really fun. I am looking forward to doing more netball next week. Lilly Wylie We were making a game icon on the iPad and we were making it on Sketches School. It was for when we are older because we might have to do one. My one had 10 games and on the picture there was a sun and the sky. The name of my app is 10 games in 1. I enjoyed making the icon, it was fun. For spelling this week we had to write 5 sentences with our spelling words in them. I found I can do this quite easily because we have been doing this for a while. We had our spelling test on Thursday and I did well in it. I think writing the sentences helped me to remember. Emily.

Y.M.I – Music We did music and we learned how to mash the different sounds like the piano, the bass guitar and the drums. We tried to hear one of the sounds like the bass guitar 🎸 over the others. It was kind of hard because it had been turned down so it was difficult to hear over the other instruments. I think this music was fun to do and it’s so fun 🤩 MATHS We were adding up money during maths this week. We were also taking part in the Scottish Sumdog contest which meant we we had to play maths games on Sumdog to get more points. I played junk pile on Sumdog and you need to stack up pieces of junk to win and get more points. You get the junk by answering maths questions. Writing We were doing diary writing about little red riding hood and the big bad wolf. I was writing a diary pretending to be the wood cutter, others choose different characters.
