Spooky problem solving and Scary Biscuits in Primary 7!

Its been another busy week in Primary 7. We took our learning outside and practised partitioning 4 and 5 digit numbers. We made a start with our 'Famous Mathematicians' presentations that we have been working on since last week and we had a very interesting visit from PC Lee Harper, our local Police Liaison Officer. We have enjoyed Scottish Maths Week in Primary 7. We finished in 148th place out of over 7500 classes in the Sumdog Maths Week Challenge! We have completed lots of problem solving activities (even earning a special treat on Thursday for solving Mrs Goddard's Mystery Puzzle!) and have been researching famous mathematicians!
