While in Lockdown we need to try to keep motivated and continue to do things we enjoy this helps with our well being. Yoga helps to focus your mind here are two of the Twinkle children enjoying some Yoga moves.
Baking can be a good stress reliever too collecting the ingredients, weighing it (numeracy recognising numbers and following a recipe) When baking in ELC we focus on the process not the end product (the cake) there is so much learning involved in the making of the cake. the end product looks yummy in this photo.

Getting outdoors for fresh air helps your mind too be one of the children has been out playing in the snow she is also developing her gross motors skills by playing football/kicking the ball in the snow.
