Pre-Writing Skills

Every parent tends to worry when they start to think about their child transitioning into Primary 1. As Practitioners we often hear "Oh but my child can't write their name yet" - it is a common misconception that if a child can't write their name than they have no Literacy skills and are not 'ready' for Primary 1 - Wrong!
