Spelling Activities – I can use strategies to spell a range of words.
Each Monday you will be given a spelling sound and pattern.
Find the sound activity – Look around your house, garden or local community to find words with the given sound. These may be objects, signs or even in books. Draw and label what you find. Remember some sounds can be spelled using different patterns. If you are unsure of how to say a sound, go on to Google translate and listen to the sound in English.
