P7 whole class meeting 13.1.21 (10am – 10:30am)

For any pupils who missed the meeting, this is what we discussed:

• We will now be using ‘assignments’ to submit work to Miss Moffat. This could be a file or a photograph of work. To submit a photograph:

1. Go onto camera and take as many photos as you need.
2. Go onto teams and go into the assignments at the top.
3. Click the assignment that you want to hand in.
4. Click on Upload Work.
5 Tap the button that says gallery.
6. Select your photo or photos.
7. Tap hand-in.
 

• Miss Moffat will still be available to email if you need any help
• Email if you have any issues related to logins
• We are all learning how to use the different apps so we can all help each other out by asking for help on the general chat
• The playground chat should be used when the conversation is not about learning tasks
• Pupils are still having problems with proxy authentication and using the internet. This is not just our class and is happening all over the country. Microsoft and CGI are working to resolve this.
• I will find out the Inspire Learning helpdesk number for parents to phone to get ICT support if needed.
• There are still issues with the “Files” section on Teams. I have set a task asking pupils to comment on my Teams post with a screenshot of what files they can see.

• If you are having problems accessing an app such as Sumdog, then do a different maths activity such as TTRS or Study Ladder, or writing out table in your mental maths jotter.
