Weekly Friday -  VCOP task
This task if for the the literacy group who work with Miss Moffat (not the Whizz kids group)

VCOP Activity instructions -  I can recognise and underline the types of words used in a text
  1. Read through the text
  2. Underline High Level Vocabulary in green (High level vocabulary are words like adjectives, adverbs or words that add detail by being a higher level synonym).
  3. Underline Connectives in yellow (connectives are joining words – words that join two separate phrases together to make them one sentence).
  4. Underline Openers in blue (Openers are the words at the start of every sentence).
  5. Underline Punctuation in red (A,.-()/ “ !? – capital letters, commas, full stops, dashes, brackets, slashes, speech marks, exclamation marks and question marks are all types of punctuation).
 
After you have VCOP'd both of your short stories choose the one which you think is the best to upload to the assignment for Miss Moffat to mark. Remember to consider the Success Criteria when you pick which one as that is what your story will be marked on.
