During this time I am sure we all have some different worries. It may be you are worried about when this will all be over, when will we go back to school or you might be worried about people in your family. I want you to think about your worries and write them down. At school we have a worry monster to help us with this. Your job is to create, design or make a worry monster to use at home. Below are some examples of what it might look like. You can draw it, use junk to make a model, sew it, knit it or any other fun way you can think of. Once you have designed your monster put your worries in side it! Think about strategies you might use to feel better about these worries, write down 5 strategies you would use. Use the blue cog sheets attached to help you.
