This morning we learned about improving our creative writing using VCOP strategies. Below is the Power Point we looked through as well as a checklist which we will use to help to plan, self assess and improve creative writing.

Weekly Friday - VCOP task
This task if for the the literacy group who work with Miss Moffat (not the Whizz kids group)
VCOP Activity instructions - I can recognise and underline the types of words used in a text
After you have VCOP'd both of your short stories choose the one which you think is the best to upload to the assignment for Miss Moffat to mark. Remember to consider the Success Criteria when you pick which one as that is what your story will be marked on.
These resources can be used to help support handwriting. Each pupil have one handwriting alphabet example in their pack as well as one page of handwriting lines.
If printing the lines then the printer settings should be changed to multiple - 2 pages per sheet so that they are the correct size for P7.
Use your answers from your story starter from the previous day to create a short story. Remember to meet the success criteria:
