Maths
-Sudoku. Let's try a 6 square puzzle. Remember the boxes of 6, the rows and the columns should only have the one number in them (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6).
- Times tables word problem. There are three for you to pick from, the 3 stars being the hardest. Remember to read the question and then find the numbers that you need to help you answer the question.

Literacy
-Write an invitation to your art exhibition. Do you know the date, time, location (where in the house), who you will invite? Do you have a title for your exhibition?  Remember to show clear bold writing.

Health and Well-Being
- Read the introduction to Pablo Picasso.
 https://www.tate.org.uk/kids/explore/who-is/who-pablo-picasso

- Read about Picasso's Blue Period. Why do you think he chose blue to paint with? https://www.ducksters.com/biography/artists/pablo_picasso.php
- Search for images for Blue Period Picasso. What do you notice?

Extra Tasks
-Create a fact file about Pablo Picasso.
-Paint or draw a self portrait inspired by Picasso's Blue Period paintings. See directions below. Could this be included in your art exhibition?

DIRECTIONS
This project asks students to draw themselves looking down and off the page to increase the forlorn look that Picasso’s art had at this time.
  1. Students draw themselves looking off the page as shown in the tutorial. The eyes especially need to be slightly lowered for the sad look.
  2. Their drawing is traced with a black marker.
  3. The portrait is painted using only blue and green watercolor paint or pencils.
  4. For extra interest, they can add layers of color to create shadows.

Hi Miss Wilson, I can see the online homework is on, but we didn't received and group call message yet. Do we have to do anything back? or just start today?
Also, do we need to send you homework once is done?

Kind Regards
Anna BAranska

Hi Anna,

Work on the blog is suggested home learning to be completed. If you click on Home Learning in the categories you will see all tasks set over the last few weeks. Newest learning is at the top of the page. At the moment I will be updating this daily with tasks for the children.

I will keep you updated on our Teams group in regards to feedback and marking of work.

Miss Wilson
