In Health and Wellbeing, we have been continuing with the Emotion Works recovery programme. We are revising what we already know about the cogs model and taking as closer look at one cog at a time.
We started with the orange cog which represents emotion words and brainstormed different vocabulary to name our emotions.
We have created a Calm Corner which we can use if need to reflect on our emotions and check in on our cogs.
We know that everyone experiences emotions differently. We created our own Wheel of Emotions to show how we see these different orange cogs.
We are now focusing on our Red Cog which represents Body Sensations. We will try to identify how our bodies feel physically when experiencing different emotions.
