¡Buenos días! This year P5-7 (and others at Creativity Friday) have been learning Spanish language and culture. Did you know that there are more native speakers of Spanish than English? Spanish is the official language of 21 countries and has approximately 460 million native speakers (and millions more who choose to learn it, like us!) Choose a Spanish speaking country (highlighted in red) from the map above to research online or maybe using non-fiction books like an atlas at home. Maybe there is a country you have never heard of or don’t know much about. I would love to hear any interesting facts you discover. Here is an example of a fact file about Spain. You could also use the blank template to help you take notes or maybe you would prefer to make a poster or PowerPoint to show your findings. ¡Buena suerte!
